Corporate Accounts Clerk
Job Duties and Information:

  • Tracks and monitors corporate orders and reports any order problems.
  • Checks inventory and works with forecasting to ensure orders are forecasted.
  • Maintains account profiles and updates them as needed.
  • Creates and maintains corporate binders for all accounts.
  • Maintains all account and new item forms.
  • Matches orders to forecasts and alerts account manager of any discrepancies.
  • Assists regional managers with special requests from customers.

Education/Skills/Experience required:

  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of all account data systems (i.e. Partners Online, Retail Link, etc.)
