Customer Service Representative
Job Duties and Information:

  • Handles wholesale customers orders and direct consumer orders over telephone, fax, and postal system.
  • Processes orders within time constraints to ensure efficient flow of orders.
  • Researches and rectifies problems.
  • Communicates with customers and brokers on a daily basis.
  • Assists with switchboard relief as necessary.
  • Participates in physical inventory counts when necessary.
  • Provides support for sales staff.

Education/Skills/Experience required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training.
