Customer Service Representative
Job Duties and Information:
- Handles wholesale customers orders and direct consumer orders over telephone, fax, and postal system.
- Processes orders within time constraints to ensure efficient flow of orders.
- Researches and rectifies problems.
- Communicates with customers and brokers on a daily basis.
- Assists with switchboard relief as necessary.
- Participates in physical inventory counts when necessary.
- Provides support for sales staff.
Education/Skills/Experience required:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training.
