Director of Distribution
Job Duties and Information:

• Under the direction of the Vice-President of Plant Operations, supervises the entire operation of multiple distribution centers in both union and non-union environments.
• Handles freight negotiations and contracts.
• Ensures safe handling and movement of all raw materials and finished goods.
• Travels frequently between distribution centers.

Education/Skills/Experience required:

• BS/BA degree and a minimum 7 to 10 years recent experience, or equivalent combination of both.
• Knowledge of TMS, WMS computerized inventory.
• ERP and MRP experience required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
