Lead Developer
Job Duties and Information:

• Lead a team of smart and dedicated developers though the design, installation and administration of our key business applications and services.
• Head the development of our high profile B2B ecommerce site.
• Accountable for developing new applications and making enhancements to our existing B2C ecommerce platform
• Play a very active role in the architecture of our core business applications.
• Review and recommend new application technologies to improve Jelly Belly’s efficiencies and help drive the business.
• Directs full lifecycle development, including design, coding, testing and deployments as well as software documentation.

Education/Skills/Experience required:

• 7+ years working as a software engineer/senior developer/senior programmer
• Ability to define and solve problems
• Demonstrated experience with the ability to lead and mentor other developers is important.
• Strong working knowledge/understanding of HTML, Java Script, AJAX, C#, .NET, SQL, Microsoft Commerce Server, MS Windows Server 2003/2008 operating systems, ERP, WMS, Reporting, Retail and Commerce systems
