Lead Developer
Job Duties and Information:

• Directly supervises Web Developers; leads a team of software developers and administrators to architect, design enterprise software systems
• Designs, installs and administers business applications and services
• Keeps all internal applications up-to-date with software releases; ensures proper configuration and operation of systems
• Writes product requirement documents, implements and tracks development timelines, negotiates feature sets and users
• Collaborates with other departments to develop and update business applications
• Negotiates contracts/agreements with software vendors
• Independently project-manage development projects to completion

Education/Skills/Experience required:

• Fifth-year college or university program certificate; or 7-10 years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, Java Script, C#, .NET, SQL, Flash, Microsoft Commerce Server, MS Windows Server 2003/2008 operating systems, ERP, WMS, Reporting, Retail and Commerce systems
