Packaging Supervisor (Second or Third shift)
Job Duties and Information:

• The ideal candidate must have three to five years of Packaging Supervisory experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably food manufacturing).
• Must also have experience working with performance evaluations, safety, and workforce motivation.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have a solid understanding of a computerized inventory and ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience with an automated timekeeping program (Kronos or E-time) is a plus.

Education/Skills/Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
