Production Supervisor—Packaging
2nd and 3rd shifts available

Job Duties and Information:

• Supervises and coordinates activities of production workers in a union environment.
• Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
• Communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Administers all production and time records for each respective work group, utilizing company data base systems.

Education/Skills/Experience required:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
